Seminar on "How to Save Cost in Managing Your Property through Effective Energy Management"

The Hong Kong Sustainable Communications Association (HKSCA) conducted two seminars aimed at professionals from the property management industry, which were subsequently held on 19 April and 19 May 2005. The objective was to share with decision-makers, such as chief engineers and procurement managers from property developers, property management, hotel and retail industries, the techniques on saving operational costs through effective energy management. Mr. Andrew Lee, Sales & Marketing Consultant of Megaman (HK) Electrical & Lighting Ltd. was invited to share the latest development in lighting and how modern lighting technologies can help save costs and maximize returns on investments. The presentation also included extensive case studies.

Other guest speakers from Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, Environmental Protection Department, China Light & Power, Towngas and renowned private companies were also invited to share their experiences on how to effectively manage energy through various energy-conservation systems and methods.
