MEGAMAN^® unveils LED alternative to dimmable halogen capsule - the LED G9

(Hong Kong – 15 Apr 2012) MEGAMAN^® which leads the way in energy-efficient lighting, is pleased to announce the launch of the company’s first LED alternative to the dimmable halogen capsule – the MEGAMAN^® LED G9. The small dimensions of this ground-breaking new lamp enable even the most compact of luminaires to benefit from MEGAMAN^® LED G9’s significant cost and energy saving potential.

Perfect for task or decorative lighting, the MEGAMAN^® LED G9 may be small, but it delivers a luminous flux of 200 lumens, has a power consumption of only 4W, delivers high colour rendering of up to Ra80 and has excellent colour temperature consistency. With instant start and smooth linear dimming, the LED G9 brings the ultimate in both style and energy efficiency to any lighting scheme.

Delivering significant energy savings over a 25,000 hour lifespan, the MEGAMAN^® LED G9 lamp last up to 13 times longer than halogen equivalents, so it not only looks good for longer, but also reduces maintenance costs. In addition the MEGAMAN^® LED G9 does not contain any mercury or radiate UV.
