MEGAMAN^® Won Two New Product Awards at ARCHIDEX 2013 in Malaysia

(Hong Kong – 2 July 2013) MEGAMAN^®'s 15W LED Reflector AR111 and TECOH^® MHx GEN2 LED module have both won New Product Awards at The 14th International Architecture, Interior Design & Building Exhibition, Malaysia (ARCHIDEX 2013). ARCHIDEX, held between 19 and 22 June is the most significant trade events for the built & design industry in Malaysia attracting key players from local and international markets.

The ARCHIDEX New Product Award recognizes products which fulfill a set criteria based on design, innovation, technology, lifestyle and society and standards. The nominated products were be judged onsite by a panel of respected industry experts. MEGAMAN^® came out on top with two award winning products this year.

MEGAMAN^® 15W LED Reflector AR111 – New Product Award

MEGAMAN^® 15W AR111 LED Reflector is a perfect alternative of 75W halogen AR111 with remarkable lighting performance and dimming capability, ideal for a wide range of applications in shops, showrooms, offices, hotels, restaurants and galleries. It delivers 80% energy saving over standard halogen with an incredibly long life of up to 40,000 hours while dissipating significantly less heat. The provision of glass cover, which shields against dust on the reflectors also helps to strengthen its durability and makes maintenance much easier.

Driven by MEGAMAN^®’s patented Thermal Conductive Highway™ (TCH) technology, the 15W LED AR111 Reflector delivers thermal control for optimal performance with superb light output of up to 16,000cd and colour rendering up to Ra80.

MEGAMAN^® TECOH^® MHx GEN2 LED module – New Product Award

TECOH^® MHx GEN2 LED module is an ideal alternative for ceramic metal halide 20-35W with a high efficay of the 125 lm/W. Its future proof design with an interchangeable head enables easy up-grading and allows flexible stocking. The range includes colour temperature options of 3000K and 4000K and special colours for different applications, providing long and stable operation with rated lumen maintenance life of 70 (L70) at up to 40,000 hours.

TECOH^® MHx GEN2 ‘s axial mounted LED design provides a powerful accent lighting solution for a variety of shop lighting applications such as boutiques, food outlets and shopping malls. Due to the absence of UV radiation and negligible IR radiation TECOH^® would also be the perfect choice for museum and gallery lighting.
