Resounding Success for MEGAMAN^® at Retail Asia Expo 2014

(Hong Kong – 12 June 2014) More than hundreds of visitors were attracted to MEGAMAN^®’s latest product offerings at the Retail Asia Expo 2014. MEGAMAN^®’s booth was specially designed into three different retail settings: fashion boutique, café and wine cellar, showcasing different lighting solutions for these retail venues. Retailers were able to experience the latest professional lighting products, which include MEGAMAN^®’s industry firsts - TECOH^® modules of MHx (17W and 24W) and RDx (up to 60W). Combining with Zenia^® Modena tracklight and Zenia^® Conxento downlight, the new modules provide excellent effects to augment the retail environment and also accentuate the colours of the interior design and retail products, making them more appealing to the consumers and increasing their propensity to buy.

These innovative ideas received very positive feedback from the visitors. MEGAMAN^® was able to listen to valuable comments and insights from the retailers and understand their needs. It was not only a great opportunity to showcase MEGAMAN^®’s innovations, but also bring out the message how lighting could improve sales revenue by creating a pleasant and comfortable retail environment.

The MEGAMAN^® pavilion this year also showcased the company’s unprecedented collaborations with Zenia^® and several retail design experts. They include Sjoerd Hoekstra from Three Dogs Studio and the award-winning Dutch designer Danny Fang, who created the unique Zenia^® Esta track lighting with simplistic design and the flexibility to change different lamp covers. This new LED tracklight solution is integrated with MEGAMAN^®’s signature reflector design and patented Thermal Conductive Highway™ (TCH) Technology. It creates a controlled and soft but precise beam with a comfortable light output, which is highly desirable for accent lighting.
