MEGAMAN^® Unveils SIENA - A New Range of Low Energy LED Recessed Downlights

(Hong Kong – 17 Nov 2015) MEGAMAN^®, a leading innovator and developer of LED lighting, announced today the addition of a new line of energy-efficient LED recessed downlights– SIENA. These integrated LED fixtures are sized specifically to fit conventional ceiling cut-outs – providing the user with a ‘retrofit’ option when looking to upgrade traditional downlights.

With an integrated driver and a built-in LED, the MEGAMAN^® SIENA LED recessed downlight series will ensure easy installation and maintenance. SENIA is also far more efficient than traditional downlights, delivering high luminous efficacy of up to 87 lumen per watt – combining high performance with maximum energy savings.

Available in a range of sizes from 2.5”, 3”, 4”, 5”, 6” and 8” diameter with different lumen packages and beam angles, SENIA is a retrofit LED solution for the replacement of conventional downlights in a variety of applications. With a height of only 55mm, the 2.5” SENIA downlight is designed for applications with limited ceiling recess depths, making it an ideal replacement for halogen MR16 and PAR16 downlights. Its multi-directional tilting angle also provides flexibility even after installation.

The MEGAMAN^® SIENA family also comes with a wide choice of technology options. For example, IP44 rated diffuser versions offer high levels of protection for damp spaces such as bathrooms; INGENIUM^® BLU, a Bluetooth 4.1 ready downlight, enables wireless control via an app and smart devices; the Dim to Warm series emits warm light as the colour temperature changes from 2800K to 1800K when dimmed from 100% to 10%; and Linear Dimming versions that dim from 100% to 10% are also available to enhance your installation.
