MEGAMAN^® LED Commercial Lighting Debuts at C-star 2016

(China – 20 May 2016) From 18th to 20th May, MEGAMAN^® made a debut of its LED commercial lighting at C-star 2016 (Shanghai’s International Trade Fair for Solutions and Trends all about Retail). Trade visitors and retail experts visiting MEGAMAN^® stand were impressed and excited by its latest technologies and solutions. Indeed, this exhibition attracted huge attention from industry peers and has become a trendsetter for the retail industry in China.

MEGAMAN^® stand was designed into five themed applications areas, namely jewellery shop, hypermarket, fashion shop, restaurant and book bar which demonstrated the wide applications of MEGAMAN^® LED lighting products for commercial sector. These solutions comprised various technological features and/or advantages like Brilliant Tone, accent lighting of LED reflectors, high-colour rendering LED reflectors and elegant LED Filament Lamps for decorative lighting.

MEGAMAN^® Brilliant Tone LEDs

MEGAMAN^® Brilliant Tone LED reflector is specifically designed for diamonds or jewels with many cutting surfaces. Its light colour is close to natural light, allowing jewels to be displayed with the pure, bright and luxurious effects. The excellent colour rendering property enables the true colour reproduction of precious stones and metals. The cutting-edge heat dissipation technology also ensures low thermal radiation and ultra long-life of lamps and fixtures.

MEGAMAN^® LED MR16 Reflector for Accent Lighting

MEGAMAN^® latest LED MR16 reflector ER3308d has a minimum beam angle up to 12°, perfectly highlighting the beautiful contour of an illuminated object. This product is a combination of the linear dimming technology with excellent light effects, making it an ideal choice for atmospheric lighting.

MEGAMAN^® High Colour Rendering LEDs

High colour rendering LEDs optimise the colour of food such as meet, fruits and vegetables to drive your appetite. It offers excellent light efficiency and high quality of light intensity. It is a perfect alternative to traditional halogen lamps. An instant-start of the reflector can deliver standard colour temperature, without the trouble of seeing green light as in the case of the start-up of a metal halide lamp. Thanks to the cold-start technology, these LEDs can be applied in a cold storage environment under negative 30-degree. It is an ideal lighting product at the food ingredient counters of hypermarkets.

Walking towards the Fashion Shop, you would find the lighting installation at the dummy models is developed and custom made to particular customer.  Three colour temperatures were mixed together specifically for illumination of washable denim fabric. This lighting solution made denim dresses more vivid, bright and layered, which looked plain and dull under standard LED lighting.

At C-star, MEGAMAN^® took this opportunity to showcase its brand new economical LED luminaires with a simple shape and compact size as well as a high efficiency luminaires which are suitable for both general household and commercial lighting venues.
